Digital access and eligibility

Platinum is a fixed-term digital membership. Access begins when your payment is confirmed and your account’s Platinum access is activated.

If you believe you were charged in error or you cannot access the product you purchased, please contact us and we will investigate promptly.

Platinum withdrawal and refunds
