Paid access grants the features and content described on the pricing page at the time of purchase, including Platinum membership benefits and any listed digital materials.

Access is personal and tied to your IBonomics account. Sharing access or distributing materials is not permitted.

Platinum access expires automatically at the end of the purchased period. You can view your expiry date in the Billing & Membership page.

The selected 3, 6 or 12 month term starts when payment is verified and access is activated. This is a one-time purchase and does not renew automatically.

We aim to provide reliable access. Occasional maintenance or technical interruptions may occur. If paid access is not delivered or the service does not conform to what was promised, please contact us. Applicable consumer remedies remain available.

By requesting immediate Platinum activation, you ask us to begin the purchased service after successful payment. Where applicable law permits, withdrawal after service begins may involve proportionate payment for services provided. The statutory withdrawal right may end once the entire purchased service period has been fully performed. Activation or completing a few quizzes is not full performance.

These rules do not reduce the full-refund guarantee for eligible EEA and UK customers who request a refund within 14 days of activation, even if they have used Platinum. Other statutory rights remain available.
