Non-discrimination
Non-discrimination refers to the removal of discriminatory treatment in trade relations between member nations. It requires all members of the WTO to refrain from discriminating between the goods and services or nationals of their trading partners (except for those in trading blocs that have their own special set of agreed trade rules).
